MidAmerican CEO Talks Constellation Energy Deal

MidAmerican CEO David Sokol discusses the acquisition of Constellation Energy. MidAmerican is a subsidiary company of Berkshire Hathaway which agreed to buy struggling Constellation for $26.50 a share.
